I stayed at this hotel during my trip to New York and overall, I was satisfied. The biggest advantage is the excellent location – the hotel is very close to a subway station, which made getting around the city super convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the hot days. The shared kitchen was very useful – we made breakfast there every morning, which saved us both time and money. I also appreciated that we could change towels and bed linens ourselves. There was also a shared rooftop terrace, which offered a great view of the city

The room is small, but has everything you need - a microwave, mini fridge, coffee machine, toiletries. The view from the window was stunning both day and night! The bed is quite comfortable. But it was very high (I'm 160 cm) haha it was strange 😁 Whole foods is nearby and great coffee is in the same building. So you don't need anything else in terms of food. Important - online registration, and a photo of the passport and the card with which the room was paid is required. It's good that we took this card! In general, it was not very convenient to take photos of the card and passports on the road

I like that this property is very hassle free. Super easy check in and out, don’t have to wait forever with front desk, and no need to worry about losing a hotel key. I also really like the location. Good walking distance to a lot of places but also a lot of train stations nearby for farther travel throughout the city.

This boutique hotel is mostly self-service, but two employees stood out with their excellent customer service. Jasmine at the front desk and Gabína the housekeeper promptly provided washcloths when I needed them. Jasmine was also very helpful with any questions we had. A major shout out to her! The rooftop is definitely the highlight of the hotel!

I liked the location near the subway station (easy to go anywhere with F-line). It was easy to check-in and out the hotel. The views from rooftop were very nice. The Whole Foods Market was close. The capsule-coffee machine at the lobby was nice to have and there were also maps and info of New York at the lobby. And hotel staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful for examble pre-ordering taxi at the airport for me, which I appreciated. I will absolutely recommend and stay here again when I’m staying in New York.

The location in LES is awesome! It's two minutes from Subway and convenient to so many other things! Whole Foods is a short walk away for grocery items. There is great nightlife all around. I love that there is a fridge and microwave in every room. There is also a rooftop terrace that looks out over the city and has a nice lounge feel. This is aour second time to stay here.

Couldn’t have asked for more! The location was absolutely perfect for our stay, everything was so easy to get to. The rooms, although small, were great. The beds were super comfy & the shower and bathroom were incredible. There were more amenities than we expected, coffee was always available in the reception and a comfortable area downstairs for water & eating. Also, the rooftop balcony was a great place for a morning coffee, cigarette & sightseeing. The staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful which was nice & welcoming. Big recommend!
